Carbide Cutters

As part of our comprehensive service we are partnered with a leading solid carbide cutter manufacturer. They are one of only a few manufacturers who offer an integrated service from the processing of raw materials, right through to manufacturing and supply of high quality carbide end mills and routers.

Our partnership with the manufacturer gives us access to a vast range of cutter stock which can be used in many different areas. In addition to this, we also have the ability to work directly with our customers to design bespoke tooling for more specialised applications.

The benefit of using carbide cutters is that they are exceptionally hard-wearing, tough and offer superior resistance to abrasion, meaning that the cutting edge holds its sharpness for longer. With our long-standing experience in this area, which is fully backed by our manufacturer, we feel we offer a fully comprehensive service.
