About Us
Swanstone Ltd was established in 1993. The company was formed around obtaining the Geiss UK and Ireland Agency. With in depth experience in the Thermoforming and CNC Trimming Industry the company steadily grew. In 1999, we expanded our machinery portfolio and acquired the UK Agency for Tommy Nielsen Blister Forming and Packaging Equipment.
We then looked at the benefit of offering a fully comprehensive service to our industry. We began in 1997 by supplying solid Carbide tooling for use on the CNC Trimming equipment and in 2002 we became the UK Agent for ILPA MP3, which gave us the opportunity not only to supply equipment to the industry, but also the consumable material.
Swanstone and Geiss
Geiss was founded back in 1948 by Georg Geiss and is now run in its second generation, by his son Manfred Geiss. Throughout the company’s trading history it has steadily grown and developed many commonplace elements within the industry, such as the implementation of Bottom Heaters, the introduction of Microprocessor Control, as well as the creation of Automatic Sheet Feeding. In 1999 part of their extensive growth programme involved the opening of a custom built plant for future development.
Swanstone took over the UK and Ireland agency in 1993 and our working relationship has gone from strength to strength. Our business has continued to grow and in 2010 we were awarded the Australian and New Zealand Agency.
During our time with Geiss we have seen numerous developments in the equipment, such as the development of a fully adjustable window plate system for their Vacuum Forming machines and the introduction of the revolutionary “ECO” type CNC machines.

We joined forces with Tommy Nielsen back in 1999 and have supplied a wide customer base with their equipment. They continue to invest and develop new advancements in the field, whilst working with new materials and tooling.
Tommy Nielsen also supply consumable products in line with their equipment including forming material, printed backing cards and foils.
